Japanese Cucumber Salad Recipes
Japanese cucumber salad (kyuri), is a delicious, fresh, crunchy, and healthy side dish, so it is perfect for the main dish.
Ingredients:
- 2 zucchini (Kyuri)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 tablespoons hot oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons red chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of sesame oil
Instructions
- cut the cucumber with a thickness of 1 cm, transfer it to a bowl then add salt, mix well and let stand for 15 minutes.
- Finely chop garlic, transfer to a bowl then pour hot oil.
- Add sugar, red chili flakes, vinegar, and sesame oil then mix well.
- Drain the excess water from the cucumber then mix the cucumber with the sauce
