Japanese cucumber salad (kyuri), is a delicious, fresh, crunchy, and healthy side dish, so it is perfect for the main dish.

 Ingredients:
  • 2 zucchini (Kyuri)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 4 tablespoons hot oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  •  3 tablespoons of sesame oil
 Instructions
  1.  cut the cucumber with a thickness of 1 cm, transfer it to a bowl then add salt, mix well and let stand for 15 minutes.
  2. Finely chop garlic, transfer to a bowl then pour hot oil.
  3. Add sugar, red chili flakes, vinegar, and sesame oil then mix well.
  4. Drain the excess water from the cucumber then mix the cucumber with the sauce
