Delicious Japanese Shrimp Tofu

JAPANESE SHRIMP TOFU

 Material :
  •  2 pieces of Japanese tofu/egg tofu, cut into   1-centimeter thick pieces
  •  2 small onions, chopped
  •  Shrimp Stuffing Ingredients:
  •  150gram prawns, cleaned from the skin
  •  1 clove of onion, finely chopped
  •  1 tablespoon sago
  •  salt to taste
  •  (mix into 1 mix well)
 Soy sauce for pouring over the tofu:
  •  1 teaspoon sesame oil (if you don't have it, it's okay to skip it)
  •  1 tablespoon soy sauce
  •  1 teaspoon sweet soy sauce
  •  salt to taste
  •  (stir well)
 The method :
  • Arrange the tofu on a plate, put 1 teaspoon of shrimp mixture on top of the tofu, then pour the soy sauce on it, and steam it until it's cooked, sprinkle green onions on top.
