Delicious Japanese Shrimp Tofu
JAPANESE SHRIMP TOFU
Material :
- 2 pieces of Japanese tofu/egg tofu, cut into 1-centimeter thick pieces
- 2 small onions, chopped
- Shrimp Stuffing Ingredients:
- 150gram prawns, cleaned from the skin
- 1 clove of onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon sago
- salt to taste
- (mix into 1 mix well)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (if you don't have it, it's okay to skip it)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sweet soy sauce
- salt to taste
- (stir well)
- Arrange the tofu on a plate, put 1 teaspoon of shrimp mixture on top of the tofu, then pour the soy sauce on it, and steam it until it's cooked, sprinkle green onions on top.
