Material:
- 1 free-range chicken, choose the young one, cut into pieces according to taste

- 3 tablespoons white wine (you can skip it if you don't like it)
- Enough water
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- Pandan leaves knot to taste

Method:
- Saute garlic, and ginger slices until fragrant
