Pom pom Potato Recipes
POMPOM POTATO CHEESE ( milky soft ) by @ shafur.bajry
Material :
- 500-gram potatoes (steamed)
- 100-gram cheddar cheese (grated)
- 40-gram cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons white milk powder Salt to taste
- Pepper powder to taste
Dipping Ingredients:
- 1 egg, beaten lightly Panir flour to taste
Filling :
- Milky soft kraft cheese or according to taste
How to make :
- Puree all ingredients and mix well (I use a chopper) you can also manually use a fork, which is important until everything is mixed.
Take the dough about a tablespoon then form around and then flatten it, put the filling in the middle then round it again. Dip in beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.
- Fry over medium heat until brown, remove and drain.
- Ready to serve better eaten with sauce and mayonnaise.
