Potato Wedges Oven

Ingredients :
- potatoes, cut into pieces
- liquid milk
- egg
- flour
- salt
- pepper
- broth powder
- paprika powder
- garlic powder
- Dried parsley for sprinkling if you like.
The above ingredients are adjusted to the number of potatoes used.
How to make:
- Combine eggs and milk, and stir until smooth. Set aside.
- Combine flour, salt, pepper, broth powder, paprika powder, and garlic powder. Set aside.
- Dip some potatoes into the milk and egg mixture. Then add it to the flour mixture
- Heat cooking oil, then fry the potatoes until cooked.
- Remove, sprinkle with dry parsley, and serve
