Tofu Tuna Fish Balls From Indonesia

Ingredients: 12 pieces of fried tofu, part one side, remove some of the contents
Ingredients for tuna meatball dough:
- 250 grams of ground tuna fillet
- 150 grams of sago flour / tapioca
- 3 cloves of garlic, mashed
- 2 tablespoons then the fried onions are mashed
- 100 cc of iced water
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of powdered broth
- teaspoon ground pepper Salt to taste
- 3 tablespoons chopped spring onions
- Mix all the ingredients for the tuna meatball dough together, you can also use a food processor. If using a food processor, mix the scallions after removing the dough from the food processor (so that it doesn't chop finely).
- Fill the meatball mixture into the fried tofu that has been split on one side earlier. Steam until cooked for about 15-20 minutes.
