An Easy way to cook delicious and delicious carp
Spicy and Sweet Grilled Gurame Fish
Material:
- Carp (can replace other fish, freshwater fish /sea fish which is suitable for grilling) this seasoning can make 500 grams -1 kilograms of fish.
- Salt to taste
- 1 lime juice
- 1 sundae tamarind, if you don't have one, replace it with lime
- 7-9 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce (me 9 tablespoons)
Ground spices :
- Blend all the spices
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 8 cloves of red onion
- 6 pieces of cayenne pepper (can be replaced with curly red chili) or skip if you don't like spicy.
- 8 pieces of curly red chili (according to taste)
- 1/2 piece of ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1 cm of burnt turmeric
- 3 hazelnuts roasted
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- A little pepper powder (you can skip it)
- 1/2 tsp stock powder
- 100 ml of cooking oil for blending finely ground spices
The method:
- Clean the fish, then coat with salt and lime, let stand for 15 minutes then wash again and drain.
- Mix the spices that have been mashed together with sweet soy sauce & sundae sour water/tamarind, mix well, and taste correction, it's better if the sweet soy sauce should taste yes...it's better if the soy sauce is a little more.
- After that, coat the carp with a mixture of fine spices all over the surface of the fish until smooth. Add a little margarine if you like.
- Let stand for 15-30 minutes so that the spices can be more permeated / can be directly burned.
- Lastly, grill the carp until cooked. Don't rub it once, apply 2-3 times, and see if the surface is flat / has not been exposed to spices.
