Cooking Super Spicy Catfish

Material:
- 1 kilo gram catfish, wash clean, slice, give lime juice, season with garlic powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, let stand for 15 minutes then fry until dry.
- 500 ml coconut milk.
Slice seasoning:
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 5 cloves of red onion
Ground spices:
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 5 cloves of red onion
- 5 pieces of red chili
- 15 pieces of cayenne pepper
- 3 hazelnuts
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
Other seasonings:
- 3 cm ginger, crushed
- 3 cm galangal, geprek
- 2 lemongrass stalks, crushed
- 2 lime leaves
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 tomatoes, cut into 2 Sugar, salt, pepper, powdered broth to taste.
How to make:
- fry the sliced spices until cooked, add the ground spices with ginger, galangal, lemongrass, lime leaves and bay leaves, stir-fry again until cooked
- Enter enough water, wait until it boils, then add the fried catfish
- Season with sugar, salt, pepper and powdered broth, add coconut milk, mix well
- Correct the taste, add the chopped tomatoes, reduce the heat and cook until the spices are absorbed.
