Tried this Mashed Potatoes recipe and it turned out perfectly creamy and flavorful. A classic dish that was a big hit with everyone at the table!

Ingredients:

1 kg potatoes, peeled and quartered
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: Chopped chives or parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
Add butter and mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add milk while continuing to mash, until you achieve your desired consistency.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with chopped chives or parsley if desired. Serve warm.
