Apple Pie Biscuits
Apple Pie Biscuits were a delightful surprise! The perfect blend of cozy apple pie and flaky biscuits. My family adored them and asked for more.
Ingredients:
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
2 apples, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin with butter or cooking spray.
In a bowl, combine the chopped apples, sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well.
Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle and place them into the muffin tin cups, forming a cup shape.
Spoon the apple mixture into each biscuit cup.
Drizzle melted butter over the top of each filled biscuit.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and the apples are tender.
Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
