How to make fried tempeh steak

 Material:

• 2 pieces of tempeh
• 1/2 tsp broth powder
• to taste flour seasoning.

How to make:

1. Cut the tempeh, steam briefly, and puree.
2. Enter the powdered broth and 2 TBS of seasoning flour into the tempeh that has been mashed earlier, and mix well.
3. take a little tempeh dough and shape it a little bit flat as pictured.  And coat in the seasoning flour, and do it until the dough runs out.  And fry in hot oil...
