RICE LAYER CAKE

Material :

  • 350 grams of rice flour
  • 175 grams tapioca flour 
  • 1450 ml medium thick coconut milk 
  • 400 grams of sugar 
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
  • Rose red coloring to taste

How to make :

  1. Coconut milk is cooked over low heat, let it cool.
  2. put coconut milk, sugar into the chopper, chopper until the sugar dissolves, then add salt, chopper flour again, strain and divide by 2.
  3. 1 give pink rose color to taste, mix well, the other one leaves white.
  4. Grease a 18x18x8cm pan with oil, pour 100cc white dough,
  5. Steamed for 5 minutes then pour the pink rose mixture and so on until it's done, steam again for 30 minutes so it's delicious.
  6. Each time you pour the dough, stir it until it's even.
  7. Let cool, cut with a sharp knife covered with clear plastic to make it neat.
