Rice Layer Cake Snack Recipe

Material :
- 350 grams of rice flour
- 175 grams tapioca flour
- 1450 ml medium thick coconut milk
- 400 grams of sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Rose red coloring to taste
How to make :
- Coconut milk is cooked over low heat, let it cool.
- put coconut milk, sugar into the chopper, chopper until the sugar dissolves, then add salt, chopper flour again, strain and divide by 2.
- 1 give pink rose color to taste, mix well, the other one leaves white.
- Grease a 18x18x8cm pan with oil, pour 100cc white dough,
- Steamed for 5 minutes then pour the pink rose mixture and so on until it's done, steam again for 30 minutes so it's delicious.
- Each time you pour the dough, stir it until it's even.
- Let cool, cut with a sharp knife covered with clear plastic to make it neat.
