Rujak Grilled Chick

Material:
- 1/2 chicken + 1 wing
- piece of galangal crushed
- 4 lime leaves
- 5 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar To taste coriander powder and ground pepper To taste sugar, salt
- 1 teaspoon tamarind, dissolved in water Coconut water Oil for frying
Spice:
- 8 red onions7
- cloves of garlic
- 6 red chilies + cayenne pepper if you like it spicy A little ginger

Method:
- Marinate the chicken with salt, let stand for a while then rinse clean
- Chopper seasoning with a little oil added
